Can you imagine leftover turkey recipes that are actually better than
the roast turkey you just had at Thanksgiving?
Turkey Leftover Recipes- Leftover Turkey Recipes image1- Hi,
my name is Jane and I love left over turkey. I know, who could love
leftovers?
It all started a few years ago when I purchased a Christmas turkey that
was just a little bigger than I really wanted (about 8 pounds bigger
than I wanted !), This monster bird barely fit in the roaster.
And then to top it off, we only had 3 people make it for dinner,
yikes... what do I do now?
So I started searching for turkey leftover recipes. And we started
trying them.
Almost all of them, the word 'yuck' came to mind when we tried them.
Who eats this stuff??
What now?
We started experimenting ourselves in our own kitchen, and it turned
out to be a lot of fun.
First it was the potatoes, how do you make mashed potatoes taste good
the day after that big turkey dinner?
We found a way...
Next, it was lunch, turkey for lunch is a natural, but not just boring
old hot turkey sandwiches (although we love this too)
What else could we come up with?
You name it we tried it, until now we have compiled so many recipes
that we were able to put together an entire
recipe book.
If you are tired of the same old, same old after the big meal then give
this a try.
